Are all pricing models predominantly success-based?

Yes – We share the risk with each of our clients as we receive part of our earnings as commissions.
This means that we are only financially successful if you are too.

Why is there a setup fee for ECONOMY and PROFESSIONAL?

With our active searches ECONOMY and PROFESSIONAL, there is an initial fee, which we use to cover the many hours of telephone acquisition of sales partners.
In stages 2 and 3, the success fees are only incurred when we have already successfully provided you with candidates and you start a cooperation with the candidate or the candidates achieve initial sales for you.


With the classic anonymous CHIFFRE advertisement, you will be found by the sales partner. It is therefore a passive search in which we do not contact personally our entire network for you. This is why we can offer this service so cheaply.


How can ECO-EXPORT offer the services in almost every country in the world?

We have a unique, software-supported search process that we use to find potential sales partners worldwide in “our” sectors of environmental/energy technology, so that we can then evaluate them for you over the phone. Conversely, this means:
We are not limited to regions, but to the products and customers we deal with on a daily basis.

Why is the ECO-EXPORT CLASSIC ADVERT rendered anonymous?

After receiving your payment, ECO-EXPORT first checks whether the text of the ad is correct in terms of content and ethically and whether it can be published.
In the second step, the ad is anonymized because it is a so-called CHIFFRE ad.

What is the difference between “active search” and “passive search”?

When we are actively looking for sales partners ECONOMY and PROFESSIONAL, we contact our entire network by telephone, e-mail and social media.
The passive search is a classic advertisement where you are found by the relevant interested sales professionals.


Why am I being asked to fill out the short standard questionnaire?

In order to see whether we can actually help you with our ECONOMY and PROFESSIONAL services, we have to define together in advance, among other things, which complementary products a suitable sales partner or sales representative should work with and to which target groups (customers) this sales professional should sell.
This targeted information helps us to make you a suitable offer or, if in doubt, to tell you openly that we cannot help you with our network to find a sales partner.

Does ECO-EXPORT give us the reasons why sales partners have refused to work with us?

Yes. We will inform you of the reasons for a cancellation – such as a lack of personnel capacities, overlaps with existing representatives of other manufacturers, a lack of reference customers, etc.

What are the chances of success in finding a suitable sales partner with ECO-EXPORT?

For example, we have an 87% success rate with our PROFESSIONAL service. Normally, we deliver three to six preselected applicants who are very interested in working with our clients.

What distinguishes ECO-EXPORT from other providers?

In contrast to other providers who provide unfiltered sales partners from all sectors and orientations, we only supply sales representatives who sell products to HVAC installers, engineering offices, industry, municipalities, farmers or wholesalers.
